Office 2007 Service Pack 1 available for download

Not everything today is about the GeForce 8800 GTS 512 as Microsoft has released something too. As expected the Redmond OS maker and breaker has released the Office 2005 Service Pack 1 which is supposed to improve stability, performance and security.

On the stability side SP1 fixes the five most frequent bugs that could lead to Office crashing and includes improved compatibility with Windows Server 2008. The pack also brings improved performance in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint Server and a few security enhancements to make the software suite more protected from "malicious software and potential threats to privacy."
