Microsoft to set up a data center in Russia
Following the already announced plans to open data centers in cities like Chicago and Dublin Microsoft is thinking of going all the way to Russia in order to find a location for another center. The Redmond OS maker is analyzing the possibility of opening a facility housing 10,000 servers in Irkutsk, one of the largest cities in the cold region known as Siberia but no concrete plans have been announced yet.
